Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, flowers are natural products and availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific items are unavailable, maintaining the style and color palette of your selection.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Fort Worth, Arlington, and many more cities. Delivery is free for all orders within our service area. For a complete list of cities and ZIP codes we serve, please visit our delivery areas page.

Delivery Time Slots

Available delivery windows are: 9AM-12PM, 12PM-3PM, 3PM-6PM, and 6PM-9PM. We will make every effort to deliver within your selected time slot, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and other factors.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is not available, our delivery team will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We are not responsible for arrangements left unattended per customer instructions.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Payment Processing

Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Sales Tax

Texas state sales tax of 8.25% is applied to all orders and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee as arrangements may have already been prepared.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange for a replacement delivery or issue a full refund at your preference.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information including address, recipient name, and contact details
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide safe drop-off instructions
• Notify us of any access restrictions, gate codes, or special delivery instructions
• Report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery

Limitation of Liability

Hazel Roses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you and reschedule delivery at the earliest opportunity.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hazel Roses and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
